QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must LOVE the great outdoors, own and represent that healthy outdoor lifestyle image, and be able to prove it with cool outdoor gear and tons of personal experiences
  • Athlete or former athlete that is passionate about and living a healthy and active lifestyle
  • Marketing or communications major with Brand Experience strongly preferred
  • Extremely reliable and has the ability to provide superior customer engagement
  • Social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer
  • Well connected on Facebook and Twitter – A MUST!
  • Ability to text, surf the web, and send pictures from your cell phone
  • Valid driver’s license and have possession of vehicle
  • Ability to tell a story through pictures

DESCRIPTION AND JOB DUTIES

  • Hand out free samples while delivering a benefits message and material with every consumer interaction
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of clients’ consumer products
  • Be knowledgeable and comfortable overcoming objections with peers/consumers and answer their questions about the brand
  • Understand the functional and social benefits of the product and personalize them for the consumer
  • Active listener to ensure the consumer is driving the conversation
  • Develop rapport with consumers quickly through natural dialogue
  • Have relationships with or a knack for finding Key Influencers on your campus and introduce them to the product
  • Build a Brand Image by attending events and wearing branded gear on and off campus
  • Assist with planning and scheduling daily/weekly guerrilla events on and off campus with approval from Brand Management
  • Provide product storage support and inventory level management for Brand in each market
  • Weekly capture and provide activation feedback reports and pictures of College Ambassador interactions with students and consumers for web and social media content
  • Conduct one-on-one sampling with students and Key Influential Groups and Organizations on campuses, and drive advocates to “Fan” Brand on Facebook to build Brand’s brand community online
  • Use social media to spread credible word-of-mouth for brand organically
  • Attend approved events to include specific retail locations
  • Identify, engage, educate and develop new relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Influential Groups on/off campus that embody the brand and its benefits
  • Be able to fuse the Brand to “BIG moments” on campus

Brand Adoption is managing in-store samplings at local health food stores across the country. Samplings typically run 3 hours. The product is a popular healthy “snack.”

QUALIFICATIONS

*Must have a small fold-table to sample on and a CLOTH (tablecloth – that covers to the ground)*
Extremely reliable and has the ability to provide superior customer engagement
Marketing or communications major with Brand Experience a plus
Athlete or former athlete that is passionate about and living a healthy and active lifestyle a plus
Social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer
Ability to text, surf the web, and send pictures from your cell phone
Valid driver’s license and have possession of vehicle with current automobile registration and insurance (some locations eligible for mileage reimbursement.)
Experience setting up and taking down an event preferred
Weekday and Weekend availability offered
Current Food Handler’s card

DESCRIPTION AND JOB DUTIES

EXECUTE sampling activities at indoor event locations each day. You will be handing out free samples while delivering a benefits message and material with every consumer interaction
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of clients’ brand to ensure that you are knowledgeable and comfortable overcoming objections with consumers and can answer questions
Understand benefits of the product and personalize them for the consumer
Be an active listener to make certain the consumer is driving the conversation
Maintain morale and possess strong leadership/social skills
Complete Compliance when it comes to Stores’ rules (i.e. No cell phone use on store floor)
